Eversteel is published by SYLOFIT LABS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate Eversteel as a general wellness habit-tracking application. Our contact address is support@sylofit.ai.

2. What the App Does

Eversteel is a daily wellness habit-logging tool. Users can log habits related to:

• Strength and resistance training (minutes per day)
• Steps and walking activity
• Balance training
• Mobility and posture practice
• Water intake
• Sleep duration
• Protein servings
• Calcium-rich food servings
• Vitamin D intake and sunlight exposure
• Supplement use
• Daily notes (free text)

The app also allows users to set a display name and customize personal daily goals. All of this data is stored exclusively on the user's own device.

3. Information Users Enter

When you use Eversteel, you may voluntarily enter the following types of information:

• Display name — an optional name shown only within the app on your device.
• Daily habit log entries — numeric values and yes/no toggles representing your wellness habits for a given day.
• Personal goal settings — optional daily targets for activity, hydration, sleep, and nutrition.
• Free-text notes — optional daily notes entered at your discretion.

None of this information is transmitted to SYLOFIT LABS LLC or any third party. It exists only in your browser's local storage on your device.

4. Local Device Storage

Eversteel stores all user data using your browser's localStorage — a mechanism that keeps data on your device only. This data:

• Never leaves your device or browser.
• Is not transmitted over the internet.
• Is not accessible by SYLOFIT LABS LLC or anyone else.
• Is not backed up to any cloud service.

The app does not use cookies, session tokens, or any other tracking mechanisms.

5. No Account Required

Eversteel does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any email address, phone number, or other identifying information. The app functions entirely without user registration.

6. No Sale of Personal Data

SYLOFIT LABS LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with any third party for commercial or any other purposes. Because all data remains on your device, we do not have access to your data and therefore cannot sell it.

7. No Advertising

Eversteel contains no advertising and does not integrate any advertising networks or ad SDKs. No advertising identifiers are collected or used.

8. No Analytics or Tracking

Eversteel does not integrate any analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar services). We do not track your usage of the app, your sessions, or your behavior within the app.

9. Not Medical Advice

Eversteel is a general wellness and habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The app does not collect protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA or any other health privacy regulation. Content in the app — including habit categories, educational content, and goal recommendations — is for general informational and motivational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your exercise routine, diet, supplement regimen, or medical care.

10. Children's Privacy

Eversteel is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the app collects no data on our servers, we do not receive data from any user, including children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has entered information into the app, that information is stored only on your device's local storage and can be deleted by clearing the app's browser data or using the Reset function within the app's Settings.

11. Data Retention

Data entered into Eversteel is retained in your device's localStorage until you delete it. SYLOFIT LABS LLC retains no copies of your data on any server or external system — we have no access to your data at any time.

12. Your Control Over Your Data

You have full control over your data. You can delete it at any time by:

• Using Settings → Clear All Local Data in the app to permanently delete all habit logs and settings from your device.
• Clearing your browser's localStorage through your browser or device settings.
• Uninstalling the app (on Android) or removing the website data from your browser.

Because SYLOFIT LABS LLC holds no copies of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

13. Third-Party Services

Eversteel does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that receive user data. The app has no connections to:

• Social media platforms
• Advertising networks
• Analytics platforms
• Cloud storage providers
• Payment processors
• Authentication providers

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Eversteel after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. Significant changes that affect how data is handled will be communicated within the app.
