The app is not loading or behaving unexpectedly
Try refreshing the page or restarting the app. Most display or loading issues are resolved by a simple refresh.
My data looks wrong or I want to start over
You can clear all local data from Settings → Clear All Local Data. This permanently removes all habit logs and settings stored on your device and cannot be undone. Your data is not backed up anywhere, so use this with care.
The app looks outdated
Make sure your browser or the Android app is up to date. On web, you can force a reload with Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to bypass the cache and load the latest version.
