By downloading, installing, or using Eversteel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of Eversteel, whether accessed via a web browser, Android app, or any other platform.

2. General Wellness Use Only

Eversteel is published by SYLOFIT LABS LLC as a general wellness and habit-tracking application. The App is designed to help users log personal wellness habits — including movement, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and supplement use — for their own awareness and motivation.

The App is a personal tracking tool only. It is not a healthcare service, a medical device, or a fitness coaching program.

3. Not Medical Advice

Nothing in Eversteel — including habit categories, goal suggestions, educational content, or scores — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not replace professional medical guidance.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing any exercise program, diet, supplement regimen, or medical treatment. Do not use the App as a substitute for professional medical care.

4. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information you log in the App.
• Any wellness, exercise, nutrition, or supplement decisions you make based on your personal tracking.
• Ensuring the App is appropriate for your health status before use.
• Keeping your device and browser secure, since your data is stored locally on your device.

5. Local Data and Storage

All data you enter in Eversteel is stored locally on your own device using browser localStorage. SYLOFIT LABS LLC does not receive, store, or have access to any data you enter.

Because your data is stored only on your device:

• Data is not backed up to any cloud service.
• Clearing your browser or app data will permanently delete your habit logs.
• SYLOFIT LABS LLC cannot recover deleted data.
• You can delete your data at any time using the "Clear All Local Data" option in Settings.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Eversteel is provided to support personal habit awareness and consistency. SYLOFIT LABS LLC makes no guarantee that using the App will produce specific health outcomes, fitness results, or improvements to bone density, strength, or any other health metric.

7. App Availability

SYLOFIT LABS LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Strong Bones Tracker — or any part of it — at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App or its features.

8. Intellectual Property

Eversteel, including its design, interface, branding, educational content, and underlying code, is the property of SYLOFIT LABS LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without express written permission from SYLOFIT LABS LLC.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Eversteel to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App to provide medical services, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations to others.
• Misrepresent the App as a medical device or certified health service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYLOFIT LABS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Eversteel — including but not limited to any health outcomes, data loss, or decisions made based on content within the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

SYLOFIT LABS LLC may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
